ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Psychologist, Radio Show Host, Chef and Nutrition Educator Dr. Theresa Nicassio offers simple solutions to the "ache" that so many feel about their health, their relationships, and the planet.
Theresa provides hope in the face of despair, helping those she serves heal from the inside-out. Sharing her own story from despair to triumph, Theresa helps others enjoy greater health and vitality, even those with a riddled relationship with food and their bodies.
Dr. Theresa Nicassio is an ordinary woman whose life path as a Registered Psychologist (#1541) beginning in the mid-1980's and later as a special needs mom took a horrific turn when her health took an unexpected nose-dive after the birth of her daughter in 1997. She is now devoting her life to helping educating and empowering the public with the lessons that she learned the hard way, so that others don't have to live through the same nightmare that she experienced.
